My school boasts a very nice working environment (next to a beautiful park with historical interest) and enjoys a very good reputation among local people. And most of the students here are successful businessmen or white collars. They are motivated, diligent, kind and hospitable. To satisfy the demand of this ever-growing student body, we are now looking for two native speaker teachers.

Qualifications and requirements:

Native speaker of English; Citizens from US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand preferred.
Holding a higher-education degree and a TESL certificate
At least one year of teaching experience
Healthy and under the age of 50
Available in early September of 2007

The terms of the job contract includes:

1. Depending on the applicant’s qualification and performance, esl teacher’s salary will be at different levels with the lowest being RMB 6500-8000per month for up to 25 hours of classes a week
2. A furnished accommodation; (including frig, air-conditioner, etc.)
3. Airport pick-up (if you arrive in China from another country);
4. A working visa;
5. An air ticket allowance of 3,000 RMB will be provided for every six month.
Foreign teachers will give classes such as private class (less than 4 students), salon class (less than 10 students) and topic-centered English corner. For both private class and salon class, there will be teaching materials available.
In addition, my center organizes a ECA (extra curriculum Activity) once every month, such as outing, picnicking, singing, sports activity, other socializing activities, etc.
Probation will be three months long and by the end of third month, foreign teachers will usually get a pay raise.
